- Embossing
- Production Process: We pass the stainless steel coils through a pair of engraved steel rollers. The top roller carries the pattern; the pressure forms a continuous 3D texture across the coils.
- Benefits: Adds stiffness, hides scratches, diffuses light.
- Stamping
Production Process: We use a press with matched male/female dies to create repeatable, sculpted textures across the sheet.
- Benefits: Allows deeper, crisper textures that boost rigidity and premium visual impact. It’s the go-to method for large-format water ripple—flat large, shallow, deep, and super large—as well as bold geometric patterns that need more depth than roller embossing. If you’re prioritizing sheet flatness, choose stamping for large water ripple.
- Etching
Production Process: We use a controlled chemical etching bath to remove microns of stainless from exposed areas, creating precise 2D patterns. Because we don’t mechanically deform the base metal, panel flatness is preserved.
- Benefits: Any patterns can be achieved as long as a picture or drawing can be provided, so it’s fast to customize without hard tooling.
