The mirror-polished gold surface works with the three-dimensional ripple to reflect light from constantly changing angles. Instead of one flat metallic plane, you get flowing highlights and shadow that shift as the viewer moves through the space. A gold ceiling made from flat sheet is static; this one is not.
Gold tone that will not fade
The colour is applied by PVD in a vacuum chamber, bonded to the steel at a molecular level. It is not paint, not powder coating, and not a laminate film — so there is nothing to chip, peel or yellow. This is the practical difference between a gold ceiling that still looks gold in year ten and one that does not.

Can I get free samples?

Can the sheets be folded or fabricated?
Water ripple sheets can be bent or fabricated, but due to the uneven surface, careful edge folding and corner processing are required. We can provide grooving and bending service upon request.
Is the gold colour painted or electroplated?
Neither. It is applied by PVD — physical vapour deposition — in a vacuum chamber, which bonds a metallic layer to the steel at a molecular level. There is no pigment, no lacquer and no electroplating bath involved.
Does mirror gold show fingerprints?
Yes — like any mirror surface, it will. We recommend anti-fingerprint coating as standard on anything below 2 m: wall panels, column covers, lift interiors. The ripple surface itself also disguises marks far better than flat mirror, and the protective film should stay on until installation is completely finished.
Is there a protective film on the surface?
Yes. All mirror silver ripple sheets come with a PVC or laser protective film to avoid scratches during transport and installation.
Is it fire-resistant?
Yes. Stainless steel is a non-combustible material, making our mirror water ripple sheets naturally fire-resistant. It complies with most building safety codes.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Normally, production takes around 5–10 days, plus 10–60 days for ocean shipping depending on your location. We recommend scheduling early for large projects.
What is the installation method for ceilings or walls?
