What is Stainless Steel Ceiling?
A stainless steel ceiling is an architectural ceiling panel made from stainless steel sheets, commonly used in commercial and interior spaces such as hotel lobbies, corridors, and retail areas. These ceilings can be produced from solid stainless steel sheets or honeycomb composite panels. Solid panels are typically 0.5–3.0 mm thick, while honeycomb panels range from 10–50 mm, offering superior flatness and rigidity for large surfaces while remaining lighter than equally strong solid sheets.
The surface finish can be glossy, matte, water ripple, or perforated, depending on the desired aesthetic and functional effect.
Transform Your Space with Distinct Stainless Steel Finishes
Explore our premium stainless steel ceiling finishes to bring your architectural vision to life. Each surface treatment delivers a distinct visual effect and functional performance, suitable for both modern and luxury interiors.
Brilliantly reflective, mirror-finished stainless steel ceilings expand visual space and add a sense of elegance. Perfect for lobbies, corridors, and retail interiors where brightness and sophistication matter.
Soft and subtle, matte finishes such as brushed, or sandblasted create a calm, modern look. Their gentle texture diffuses light evenly and reduces glare, making them ideal for offices and commercial lobbies.
Unique textures like water ripple, linen, or geometric patterns enhance ceiling depth and artistic appeal. Patterned stainless steel ceilings are often used in hotel lobbies, galleries, and statement areas.
Solid or Honeycomb? Find the Perfect Stainless Steel Ceiling Solution

Solid Sheet Ceiling
Made from edge-folded 304/316L stainless steel sheets, these panels provide a clean, defined look and are easy to install. They can be fixed onto a wood substrate with adhesive or suspended through pre-drilled holes using hooks. Ideal for small to medium spaces, irregular layouts, and detailed decorative ceilings.
- Flexible installation — adhesive or suspension system
- Clean folded edges for a refined, seamless finish
- Great for custom layouts and special-shaped ceilings
Honeycomb Ceiling Panel
Made with a stainless steel front sheet, an aluminum honeycomb core, and a galvanized steel bottom sheet, these panels offer excellent flatness and rigidity for large ceilings. They are installed through a suspension system with Z-profiles or concealed fittings to keep the entire ceiling perfectly aligned.
- Three-layer structure for strength and stability
- Exceptional flatness for large areas
- Precise suspension system for clean alignment

Step-by-Step Installation for Stainless Steel Ceilings
Learn how our stainless steel ceiling panels are installed with precision and stability. Whether using a wood-base adhesive, a suspension system, or a mounted honeycomb structure, each method ensures exceptional flatness, strength, and long-lasting performance.
Wood-Base Adhesive for Sheet Ceilings
* Groove and fold all four sides of the sheets 90 degrees towards the backside, with a width of 5–10 mm.
* Applying adhesive on the backside of fabricated sheets.
* Cut 3–5 mm wide grooves at the corresponding positions on the wooden board according to the customized panels.
* Install the sheets on irregular layouts by pressing firmly.
*This method is ideal for special-shaped or small-area ceilings, providing a clean and stable appearance.
Suspension System for Both Sheet & Honeycomb Panel Ceilings
A. Sheet Ceiling
* Build a ceiling track system with profiles.
* Form the steel frame grid according to the ceiling dimensions.
* Secure fabricated ceiling sheets with hook clips and screws.
2. Honeycomb Ceiling
* Install two layers of tracks
*Attach z-shaped steel profile on the backside
* connect the honeycomb panels to the second layer of tracks
Mounting Pre-fabricated Sheets & Honeycomb Panel Ceilings
* Install wood substrate on the ceiling frame
*Weld small brackets or mounting plates on all four sides of each panel.
* Position the panels according to the layout and secure them to the wooden substrate using screws through the welded brackets.
Why Choose Stainless Steel Ceilings
Discover what sets stainless steel ceilings apart from aluminum, gypsum, or PVC alternatives. Their unmatched durability, visual depth, and long-lasting performance make them the preferred choice for modern architectural spaces.
Superior Durability
Unlike gypsum or aluminum panels that may deform or fade over time, stainless steel ceilings retain their shape and color for decades. They resist corrosion, moisture, and impact — perfect for hotels, retail spaces, and high-traffic public areas.
Refined Aesthetic Variety
Available in mirror, brushed, vibration, sandblasted, or patterned finishes, stainless steel offers unmatched visual depth and sophistication. PVD colors elevate interiors far beyond the look of coated aluminum or painted panels.
Exceptional Flatness
Honeycomb stainless steel panels provide precise flatness and stability for large ceiling spans — something conventional metal sheets or gypsum boards can’t achieve. The result is a seamless, modern ceiling surface.
Long Service Life
Stainless steel ceilings resist stains, corrosion, and discoloration, maintaining a clean, elegant appearance for many years. Their smooth surface requires minimal upkeep, even in humid or high-traffic environments.
Fire & Moisture Resistance
With a natural non-combustible composition, stainless steel ceilings meet high fire-safety standards and perform reliably in humid or coastal environments where gypsum or aluminum ceilings can fail.
Sustainable and Recyclable
Stainless steel is 100% recyclable and has a long life cycle, making it an environmentally responsible choice. It reduces material waste and replacement frequency compared with synthetic or coated ceiling options.

A stainless steel ceiling is a decorative architectural ceiling system made from stainless steel sheets or composite panels (such as honeycomb). It’s ideal for commercial and high-end interiors like lobbies, corridors, retail spaces and more, offering durability and refined aesthetics.
We offer two primary types:
Solid stainless steel sheets — edge-folded stainless panels made from 304 or 316L, best for small to medium areas and feature ceilings.
Honeycomb composite panels — stainless face sheet, aluminum honeycomb core and galvanised steel backing, offering excellent flatness for large areas.
There are three main installation solutions:
Wood-base adhesive method for solid sheet ceilings in small or irregular areas.
Suspension system (track, clips or hooks) for both sheet and honeycomb types.
Mounted honeycomb method with brackets and screws via a wood or metal substrate for large scale ceilings.
Finishes include mirror, brushed (satin/hairline), vibration, sandblasted, patterned (e.g., water ripple, linen) and perforated. Colour options include PVD tones such as gold, champagne, rose gold, black and bronze.
