VIGORSS has been exporting stainless steel sheets for more than ten years. We have encountered all kinds of problems and received various feedback. Here are essential concerns of our customers before closing the deal.
What is the lead time usually?
The production period of bulk orders (full container quantity) of standard finishing or patterns is usually about 15 to 25 days after all details are double confirmed. It would take longer for custom-made designs or actual color confirmation as sample delivery by express would take some time. The delivery time can be much shorter if the order quantity is small and we have the ready stock. In that case, it can even be arranged within 3 working days.
What are the payment options?
Please note that we only accept 30% T/T as the advance payment for new customers. 70% balance can be done by T/T or L/C. Western Union and MoneyGram at a lower fee are the first choices for small amount orders. PayPal is also workable if you can accept a slightly higher cost. We can offer OA credit when you have the cash flow pressure if you have been with us for years.
Can I have some customization on the packaging?
Sure. Usually, the packaging can be customized in the design of PVC protective film, sticker labels, and wooden cases. Your company logo can be printed on the film. The size or thickness information can also be printed by a portable ink printer or sticking a paper label with product details on the film. As for the wooden cases or plywood cases, you can choose the standard type or more robust double layers.
What can I do if quality issues happen?
Please collect some clear photos and videos and contact our sales team right away. We are 24/7 online. If we can’t give you an instant response because of different time zones, please be patient. We will surely start to deal with the problem and provide you with feedback after the technical team confirms the problem’s reason. We don’t fear problems. Challenges make us grow.
An actual sample is required to compare and match during the production, especially when it has color coating. If a photo is the only thing you can share, our team will make a precise drawing with the best similarity. As for the sampling cost, it depends on the producing method. Surface polishing or color coating won’t cost you high. Most patterns can be available by etching at a low cost, while new embossing mold costs much higher.
How to maintain stainless steel sheets in good condition?
We suggest strongly avoiding using brushes, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners that could ruin the sheet brightness. Besides, please don’t use acidic cleaners, which would probably make stainless steel get rusty. When you find some accumulated hardened particles, spray ethyl alcohol on the surface and wipe it off with a cotton or microfiber cloth.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have the inventory for some commonly used designs, such as mirror, hairline, satin, mirror gold and mirror black. The MOQ is 5 pieces each with a standard size 4ft X 8ft for the above finishing. As for other customized finishing or patterns, the MOQ is 10pcs for each size and thickness.
